| Description: | From Boone County Kentucky 4H & Utopia Fair Website: The Boone County 4-H and Utopia Fair is located at 5819 Idlewild Rd Burlington, Kentucky. The Fair was started in 1932 as part of the 4-H and Agriculture activities of the University of Ky Extension program.
The current location of the fairgrounds was purchased in 1941 and the first fair on those grounds was held in 1942. The Boone County 4-H and Utopia fair is currently in its 87th year of operation and still represents the spirit of a family/community fair.
