The festival highlights Beer Cheese, a flavorful dip/spread that originated in rural Clark County Kentucky near the Kentucky River in the 30s-40s. The festival includes an amateur beer cheese tasting contest, a commercial beer cheese tasting contest, music, arts & crafts, kids activities and lots and lots of Beer Cheese.
