The Class of 2018 is hosting a Christmas bazaar in order to raise money for their Senior trip this Spring. All vendors who apply will need to meet one or more of the approved categories below. You will receive notification within 48 hours of applying on approval status. Yard sale/flea market items & weapons are prohibited. Set up in the gym will begin December 16th at 7 am and run till 8:45 am. Vendors may pull down to the back parking lot behind the gym during the designated unloading time. There will be volunteers on hand to assist vendors. Once all items are inside please pull your vehicle around to the front circle drive. The back parking lot will be designated for patrons during the bazaar. All vendors need to be completely set up by 8:50 am and parked in the circle drive of the ACHS front entrance. Concessions will be available and proceeds will go toward the Class of 2018. Booths will be spaced out in 10x10 areas in on the gym floor. Vendors will be responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and other display. Tents are not required, though may be used. All food items should be labeled by kind and name of who prepared it. A list of ingredients found in all foods must be included with each item. Vendors with food items should use proper food safety & sanitation guidelines. Booth fees are $20 and should be paid by December 11th. Check or cash payment needs to be brought to the high school in an envelope labeled "Christmas Bazaar".
