The Portland Art & Heritage Fair is a showcase of the talents and rich cultural heritage of the historic Portland neighborhood and its residents. The Portland Art & Heritage Fair is a free one-day event of fine art, craft booths filled with one-of-a-kind handmade creations, local flavor with hometown food and hospitality being served up, including ethnic French and Irish food. The festival is held every fall across the neighborhood of Portland in Louisville, Kentucky.
