| Description | This will be our first of what we plan to do annually. We have a lovely 15 acres on the river, with 23 boat-docks,picnic tables, plenty of parking and space. We have 4+ bars, 2 kitchens, a softball diamond that we won even need, undercover and exposed spaces, and much more. We will charge a discounted rate for advance registration before August 15 for both days. ($15 off for small booths, $35 off for large booths) I don want to charge much, we need the exposure here at Turners, one of the nations oldest clubs, here in Louisville since before 1850. We will provide the space, and plenty of food and drinks. We are pretty experienced at doing some big events, so this will not be a problem. We have 40-50 long tables available for a small fee, and plenty of chairs as well(unless I can use them for free with no complaints)I will take calls anytime,til after midnight, with all questions and suggestions, and return any I miss. Our secretary Carolyn will not be able to help for this, so please only call Turners for membership information, which by the way is now half-price for the first year. If the spots fill up quick, we have the whole fenced in ball diamond for starters,and chalk machines. |

| Entertainment | I have several bands that want to play here, so it is still pending. Music will last until well past the event. We will put the music upstairs on our lounge deck above the concessions area, and we have some really talented friends that most everyone around here knows. I will gladly let your band play for exposure sometime that weekend if you audition first, or are well known. Find us on Facebook, I just started a page for us, Louisville Turners and Friends. | Activities | playground, 4 horseshoe pits, cornhole, pool table etc. An indoor gymnasium with an additional bar/lounge available if needed as well. Waterfront, and plenty of open area. |
